HC Noll, Director of Operations - Oversees front office, activities, loss prevention, engineering, grounds, and housekeeping operations for the resort.
Mackenly Jean, Director of Services - Oversees Housekeeping services to ensure the overall integrity of villa and lobby cleanliness.
Devon Audi, Front Office Manager - Responsible for guest and inter-departmental communications and the business end of front-office operations, including scheduling, budget, training, consierge liaison, and hospitality audits.
Paige Coddington, Miles Chandler, Caitlynd Clemmons, Front Desk Managers - Support the Front Office Manager in managing the front desk services (check in/out, reservations, etc.) for the resort.
Sue Cleveland, Activities Manager - Oversees the daily events and activities that provide the "fun" for participating owners and guests.
Scott Wilson, Safety & Security Manager - Manages Loss Prevention (security) for the resort.
Anthony Cappuccio, Director of Engineering - Manages engineering operations, ensuring that everything is in working order throughout the resort.
Chief Engineer - Assists the Director of Engineering with maintenance and other engineering operations for the resort.
Randy Jacobs, Senior Director of Human Resources - Assists Associates in the areas of benefits, payroll, recruiting, training and employee relations.
Mark Heldt, Director of Finance - Oversees all financial aspects of the resort.
