How do I offer a week for rent or rent another week I’d like to occupy?

There are various ways to rent a Monarch week.

• Contact Owner Services at 800-845-4226 and request the Marriott Rental Program.
• Check availability at https://www.marriottvacationclub.com/vacation-resorts/
• Search online for "Timeshare Rental Hilton Head".
• Rent your week directly. A free service is available on the Market Place page of this website where owners may post information about weeks available for rent, for sale and to trade. If you do a private rental, you will need to notify Marriott Owner Services at 800-845-4226 so the renter’s name is listed in the reservation.

How do I reserve my week for next year?

Float time owners may make reservations up to one year in advance of the requested week at www.vacationclub.com or by phone through Marriott Owner Services at 800-845-4226. Fixed time weeks are scheduled automatically and you do not need to make a reservation.

Can the Monarch Owners Association help sell my unit week?

The Owners Association does not buy or sell owners' unit weeks (other than through foreclosure, when maintenance fees have not been paid). Options to sell a week include the Marriott Vacation Club Resales Department, independent resale companies, and a private sale.

To sell though a real estate broker who is a member of the Licensed Timeshare Resale Brokers Association (LTRBA), visit www.ltrba.com. LTPBA is an independent, not-for-profit association created to promote standards of conduct in the timeshare resale industry. These agents do not charge an upfront fee and will collect a brokerage commission when the sales closes.
