By entering these listings, I acknowledge and agree that any transactions entered into are solely between the timeshare owner and the renter/buyer. Further, I acknowledge and agree that the Monarch Board of Directors (“Board”) is not responsible for the accuracy of the postings, statements or representations of any party, or for any act or failure to act of any party.

I acknowledge that I have carefully read the above information and expressly agree to release and discharge the Board from any and all potential claims or causes of action related to use of this website or any subsequent transaction, and I agree to voluntarily waive any right that I otherwise have to bring such a legal action against the Board.
