The Board appreciates the interest that remains among Monarch owners to continue coming here with their families. For this reason, there is much interest among Monarch owners to buy or rent additional weeks either to extend their stay when planning to come to Monarch or to access availability to an additional unit for larger families who now bring children and grandchildren for their enjoyment. There are also times when Monarch owners cannot come for their owned week or need to sell their week, and they know there is always interest from other Monarch owners to acquire additional weeks. The Board is glad to support this opportunity as it has served a valuable use for years for Monarch owners.
